In this 16-hour workshop, we will dive deeply into all these questions and more.

The workshop will cover:


  • the eight limbs of yoga, with focus on the Yamas and Niyamas

  • yoga ethics and the ‘right use of power’

  • the three Gunas

  • the importance of non-violence in yoga classes

  • neuroscience of learning: safety and the brain

  • safety in yoga adjustments

  • energy anatomy with a scientific spin: proprioception and interception


Dates: October 23rd & 24th 2019 (Wednesday and Thursday) or

Dates: April 18 & 19th 2020 (Saturday and Sunday)
