Orca Ocean Retreat Itinerary

Welcome to the Orca Ocean Fascia yoga retreat! The content covered in your yoga classes will be the same as module 1 of the 200 hour fascia yoga YAA certificated teacher training. For those of you working toward YTT certification, a certificate of completion will be provided after the retreat.

You will want to fly into the Comox or Campbell River airports. (If you will need a ride from the airport contact me.) The facility is 30 min drive, taxi or shuttle from either airport.

Approximate schedule for the retreat is as follows:

 

April 28

3:00 – 5:00 pm  ‘trickle start’ arrival and check in. Get settled into your rooms and orient to the space.

5:00 pm meet and greet in yoga room

6:00 pm  dinner

7:00  pm Introduction to Fascia Yoga and mindfulness meditation

April 29th

7:30 morning Fascia Yoga

8:30 breakfast

9:00 – 12:30 Earthing and nature walk, followed by free time for rest and reflection

12:30 lunch

1:00 – 3:30 free time

3:30 – 5:30 Fascia yoga, Myofascial self-treatment, mindfulness meditation

6:00 pm dinner

7:00 Mindfulness meditation and closing circle

April 30th

7:30 morning Fascia Yoga

8:30 breakfast

9:00 – 12:30 Earthing and nature walk, mindfulness walking meditation on the labyrinth

12:30 lunch

1:00 – 3:30 Free time

3:30 – 5:30 Fascia yoga, Myofascial self-treatment, mindfulness meditation

6:00 pm dinner

7:00 Mindfulness meditation and closing circle

May 1
