The 200-hour Myofascial Yoga Teacher Training runs on two tracks:
- Track One: This learn-at-your-own pace program is designed to be an online, self-paced program, completed between 2 – 5 years**. Modules can be taken in any order and you can begin the program at any time.
- Track Two: This 200-hour myofascial yoga teacher training program is designed for you to move through the program in sequence via livestream monthly workshops over a 12-month period. The next program begins April 2026.

Note to New and Graduating Students: This counts as Myofascial Yoga 200-Hour Practicum or group practice hours. We will be doing practice this weekend mostly and very little content via PowerPoint. New students, this weekend is a great opportunity to practice the poses we learn in this program. Graduating students, this is your weekend to practice teaching in a supportive and encouraging setting.
Important note about Module 3 and 10: This combined practicum weekend is offered twice per year, every year. Once you are registered for the full 200-hour program you can repeat this module as many times as you would like for no additional cost. It is also free to join for post graduates.

Bonus Monthly Practice Sessions
Practice sessions that go along with each module take place once a month on the Wednesday “teenth” (a date between the 13th and 19th, like January 14 or February 18). It is not required that you attend the Wednesday classes live, though they are a great opportunity to practice with community and ask any questions you may have on our month’s current content. **The new Yoga Alliance guidelines state that 20% of the program you attend needs to be in-person or live via livestream workshops. If your wish is to register with Yoga Alliance, I recommend you aim to attend as many hours of livestream workshops as possible to easily meet the Yoga Alliance requirement. *New module numbers! This program continues to be refined and modified each time we go around another year process. The intention is to continue making the program accessible for the widest variety of learning styles and brain types. The module numbers have changed to ease confusion for new students, but the content remains the same as it was prior to 2023. For students who began their training prior to 2023 I have included the old module numbers at this page so you can make sure you have completed all modules according to what their numbers were the year you started.
