If you’re new to my work, I’m excited to share that I’ve just launched a Patreon page! This will be a home for free classes, discounted courses, mandala tutorials, accessible yoga, fascia self-care offerings, and so much more. Keep reading to learn how to find it and make the best use of it.
Hello! I’m Christine Wushke. If we haven’t met yet, I’m a longtime yoga therapist, functional trainer, and myofascial release therapist. Most of my days are spent helping people move through daily life with more ease and less pain. I love creating therapeutic yoga and functional training sequences to support my clients—and now, through Patreon, I get to share those same resources with you too.
If you’re new to using Patreon, I’m so glad you found your way here. Here’s a quick guide to help you get started:
- The “Collections” tab is the easiest place to see how different classes and offerings are organized. The first five categories are free for everyone.
- I’ll be adding new content regularly in all categories, so feel free to make requests if there’s something specific you’d like help with—whether it’s a movement issue, a learning goal, or something you’re curious about.
- The “Challenges” collections are themed programs available as one-time purchases. Each one includes both practice sessions and geeky science videos. These challenges are free to join while they’re running live, and then move to the paid side after they’re complete. So far there are only 4 of these, but more are coming soon!
- If you’re in Tier 3, you get full access to all challenges automatically—no need to pay for them separately. The one-time payment is just for those who want lifetime access without becoming a member.
- Searching Posts: If you’d like to find something specific, there’s a search feature to help you explore. Just click here to access all posts and type a keyword (like proprioception, fascia, or geeky science) into the search bar. I’ve done my best to tag each post clearly. Many of them include a “symptom” tag also, so you can search by how you’re feeling or what kind of support you’re needing, like anxiety or sleep, and find practices that may be helpful.
- You’ll notice that some collections include content from different tiers. That’s because the science videos vary in depth and length, so they’re placed where they fit best.
Important: If you’re signing up for a paid tier or course, it’s best to register on a laptop or desktop computer (not an iPhone or iPad). If you join through the iOS app, Apple will add an extra 30% fee that goes straight to them—not to the creator. To avoid this, simply sign up using a browser on your computer.
Looking forward to practicing with you and learning together.
With Love,
Christine 💕
