I’m so excited to invite you into this very special workshop that blends modern neuroscience with ancient yoga wisdom. Together we’ll explore how meditation and the 8 limbs of yoga shape not only the mind but also the brain and body.
This module will draw fascinating parallels between scientific research and the timeless teachings of yoga philosophy. With a fun and lighthearted approach, we’ll dive into the simple yet profound steps of the 8 limbs as a pathway to self-discovery and transformation.
You’ll learn how spiritual practice influences the nervous system, why meditation creates real changes in the brain, and how these practices can bring more freedom, resilience, and ease into your daily life.
Yoga has always been a holistic practice of healing and transformation — and modern science is now catching up to explain why it works. Whether you’re joining us as part of the 200-hour Myofascial Yoga Teacher Training or as a stand-alone workshop, this is your chance to experience for yourself how meditation can cultivate both inner peace and outer harmony.
