This course, offered through Ekhart Yoga, is an online experiential deep dive into getting to know your nervous system in a safe way with a combination of visual aids, guided practices and self-paced homework videos that are yours to keep!
While this course was created to be a useful self-care program for anyone with a body—regardless of size or shape—it is also suitable for movement facilitators and educators. For yoga teachers registered with Yoga Alliance, the course qualifies for CE credits.
And as always, it is a pain-informed approach, so all levels and body types are welcome.
