Bay Ginder, along with her parents and younger sister, emigrated from Laos, their home country, while Laos was being heavily bombed during the Vietnam War. After several relocations between various refugee camps in Thailand, the family was sponsored and ultimately settled in the United States, where Bay went on to study Psychology at the University of Rochester. Bay has continued her passion for learning by immersing in a 200 RYS at JIVA Yoga Center, 300 RYS Myofascial Yoga Program with Christine Wushke, and DreamBuilding with Janice Long, Life Mastery Consultant with The BraveThinking Institute.
