Three-Day Rocky Mountain Retreat
What do you really want?
Often I find that when a person sits down to ponder this question, the answer is almost always to be happy, to be peaceful, and to feel well. The pace of modern society rushes on faster and faster, with little time for us to stop and center ourselves. But how are we to remain focused on what’s important, if we can’t even find the time to stand still? The answer is to take time for yourself.
You Deserve a Break
Taking the time out of your busy life to turn inwards will give you the strength and serenity to overcome life’s obstacles. The Journey to Light retreats provide more than restorative stretching. In addition to gentle Iyengar yoga, the retreat will create a space where you can put aside the frenzy of the modern world and tune into your connection with the infinite. At this beautiful mountain retreat, you will re-focus your priorities, improve concentration, and find inner peace and relaxation. All while surrounded by the majesty of the Rocky Mountains.

If you want to find happiness, then notice where the expression originates. Look to the place in your own self where happiness originates. ―Christine Wushke, Freedom Is Your Nature
