*** Due to the COVID-19 outbreak all teacher training workshops are being deferred to fall and winter 2020. We look forward to having you back in class then! Much love and stay healthy and well. ***
The 300 hour program will start where the 200 hour left off. Trauma-informed Myofascial Yoga. Mindfulness-based movement, fascial anatomy, neuroscience with the latest additions of pandiculation, biotensegrity and somatics with functional strengthening.
The first module is March 7 – 12 2020 and I’m thrilled to announce Joanne Avison is continuing as our guest teacher to introduce the principles of biotensegrity.
I promise you this is NOT your ordinary yoga TTP. Deeply steeped in the Hakomi principles this program offers a non-violent setting for safe and effective learning. You will dive deeper into your current yoga understanding and learn many new important upgrades from the world of fascia research and yoga therapy.*

Guest teacher Dr Wilbur Kelsik and Joanne Avision will teach us how to embrace the principles of biotensegrity and fascia theory for optimal performance and injury prevention in athletes or sports-focused yogi practitioners.
Module 6: May 22 – 24th 2021 (This workshop will likely be zoom, but maybe a hybrid workshop for local people in person and zoom for our US friends)
