Often I find that when a person sits down to ponder this question, the answer is almost always to be happy, to be peaceful, and to feel well. The pace of modern society rushes on faster and faster, with little time for us to stop and center ourselves. But how are we to remain focused on what’s important, if we can’t even find the time to stand still? The answer is to take time for yourself.

Taking the time out of your busy life to turn inwards will give you the strength and serenity to overcome life’s obstacles. The Myofascial yoga retreats provide more than restorative stretching. In addition to gentle movements, pleasurable ball release and mindfulness meditation, the retreat will create a space where you can put aside the frenzy of the modern world and tune into your connection with the infinite. At this beautiful mountain retreat, you will re-focus your priorities, improve concentration, and find inner peace and relaxation. All while surrounded by the majesty of the Rocky Mountains.
Enjoy an Empowering & Rejuvenating Weekend in Nature
This weekend retreat will be held at the beautiful Kings fold retreat center located about one hour northwest of Calgary. This retreat is a wonderful opportunity to rest and renew in the beauty of nature while diving deeply into the powerful practice of mindfulness based yoga. Enjoy plenty of time to walk in the beautiful mountain trails, visit the meditation rooms for deep meditation, or simply get caught up on some much needed rest.
The retreat includes:
- Two nights and three days of accommodation overlooking cougar hills and ghost river in Alberta Canada
- 3 Healthy Meals per day: dinner Friday night, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday
- Nature walks
- Daily Myofascial yoga, functional movement and ball release sessions
- Daily guided mindfulness meditations
