200-hour Myofascial Yoga Teacher Training Program 2022-2023

 RYS 200-BASIC-BLACK-300

The 200-hour Myofascial Yoga Teacher Training runs on two tracks:

  • Track One: This part-time program is designed to be self-paced and completed within 2 years*. Modules can be taken in any order and you can begin the program at any time.
  • Track Two: The full-time 200-hour myofascial yoga teacher training program is designed for you to move through the program in sequence over an 11-month period. The next full-time program begins November 2022.

What I appreciated most was…Christine’s expert way of creating a trauma-sensitive environment for us as learners, as well as teaching us how to create the same environment in our yoga classes. I hadn’t realized before how important creating safety in a group setting is to supporting personal growth. This was a gift!” — Former Student

I was afraid of returning to a learning environment and being overwhelmed with lots of sitting and instruction. Christine presents the class through a very hands on experiential approach that makes it easy to learn. I have been able to work towards my 200hrs without taking time off work or an exessive amount of time away from family which has also helped spread the financial commitment out. I am greatly enjoying learning more about yoga, how to help others through yoga and about myself.” — Former Student
