the eight limbs of yoga, with focus on the Yamas and Niyamas
yoga ethics and the ‘right use of power’
the three Gunas
the importance of non-violence in yoga classes
neuroscience of learning: safety and the brain
safety in yoga adjustments
energy anatomy with a scientific spin: proprioception and interception
