Starting on October 6th this course will be an experiential deep dive into getting to know your nervous system in a safe way with a combination of PowerPoint visual aids and guided practices with homework videos that are yours to keep!
While this course was created to be a useful selfcare program for anyone with a body, it is also suitable for movement facilitators and educators. For yoga teachers registered with Yoga Alliance this course is available to register for CE credits.
