Neuroscience of Mindful Movement & Myofascial Yoga Basics
In this workshop we will be learning how to apply myofascial principles to the classical yoga poses. We will delve into core yoga concepts like the science of mindfulness and safety, and how these are relevant to our movement practice (and our lives!)
